Rangers discover potential Europa League quarter-final opponents

Rangers have discovered they will face Athletic Bilbao in the quarter-finals of the Europa League - if they overcome Fenerbahce.

The first leg is scheduled to take place at Ibrox on Thursday, April 10, with the return game, in Spain, a week later on April 17.

Bilbao had trailed 2-1 after the first leg in Roma but won 3-0 this evening to claim a 4-3 aggregate win.

Roma were reduced to ten men after just 11 minutes with Mats Hummels sent off. A Nico Williams double and Yuri Berichiche strike claimed the all-important triumph for the La Liga club.

Leandro Paredes scored a late consolation from the penalty spot but Roma couldn't find an equaliser.
