Rangers boss Philippe Clement branded 'moody & arrogant' after unseen Celtic moment

Alan Brazil has taken aim at Rangers manager Philippe Clement insisting the Belgian is "moody and arrogant".

The former Club Brugge boss took over from Michael Beale this term at Ibrox and he has turned the fortunes around almost instantly.

Clement guided Rangers into the last 16 of the Europa League and also lifted the League Cup earlier this campaign, but on Saturday he suffered his first loss as manager against Brendan Rodgers' Celtic.

Former Scotland international Brazil has been impressed with Clement's impact in Scotland, but he is not a fan of his personality.

Brazil said on his talkSPORT breakfast show: “One thing I did say, and this is not because I’m one-sided, I don’t like the Rangers coach Clement. I think he’s moody and arrogant. One of the Celtic players was down, O’Riley, he’d done his nose I think and the camera just caught Clement saying, ‘hey, hey, stretcher get him off.’

"It was right in the face, it was a head injury and I’m like ‘woah, calm down mate’. You’ve got to be careful, he’s an experienced manager, a good manager. Rangers have got a good one here, but he’s got that sort of look about him that Ten Hag’s got, do you know what I mean, grizzly.”
