Rangers will be granted around 3,700 tickets for their Europa League fixture against Manchester United.
Philippe Clement will take his side across the border on January 23, 2025, with a brief for the Battle of Britain clash expected to be hot property among fans.
Rangers' Supporters Liaison Officer has now confirmed that the Ibrox club's request to receive an increased allocation was denied, and proceeded to explain the process.
An update on Thursday read: "Our allocation is around 3.7k, this has been confirmed after our request for additional tickets was refused. Travel arrangements will be at the discretion of each supporter. We are working with the local authorities to designate an area for fans within the city.
"For those travelling by supporter coaches, please note the following: Coaches will not be permitted to park directly at the stadium before the match. Coaches will need to reposition to the stadium during the second half to collect supporters after the game.
"Please note that the club are continuing to work with Manchester United and local authorities regarding the preparation for this game. Further information will be shared as it becomes available."
