Injuries have been the story of the season so far for the Los Angeles Rams. They’ve been the most injured team in the NFL, filling up their injured reserve list in two short weeks.
Wednesday’s injury report to open Week 3 was once again filled with key players who are banged up. Davis Allen, Joshua Karty, Cooper Kupp and Cobie Durant all missed practice, while Kevin Dotson was limited with a foot injury that’s hindered him since the season opener.
Sean McVay said Karty is feeling better so he should be fine for Sunday, and Allen is also improving after missing the Rams’ loss against the Cardinals.
Kupp is going to miss extended time so his absence isn’t surprising but Durant’s status is TBD.
For the 49ers, Deebo Samuel won’t play in this game and was a non-participant Wednesday, as expected. Talanoa Hufanga is expected to make his season debut after missing the first two weeks of the season. Dee Winters was also a full participant to open the week.
