It’ll officially be Brett Rypien getting the start for the Los Angeles Rams today. Matthew Stafford is inactive against the Green Bay Packers, leaving Rypien and Dresser Winn as the two active quarterbacks for Los Angeles.
Stafford suffered a UCL sprain last week in the Rams’ loss to the Dallas Cowboys and after missing all three practices, Los Angeles has decided to keep him on the sideline for this matchup. He’ll have an extra week to rest and heal with the Rams entering their Week 10 bye after facing the Packers, which undoubtedly went into this decision to make him inactive.
Rob Havenstein, who injured his calf in practice before the Rams’ game against the Cowboys in Week 8, is also out. Joe Noteboom will be the starting right tackle once again.
In addition to Stafford and Ernest Jones, Rams RT Rob Havenstein will be inactive today, making Joe Noteboom the right tackle today.
Other inactives: Myles Gaskin, Zach Thomas, Earnest Brown

Puka Nacua is active despite dealing with a knee injury, which caused him to be limited throughout the week. Cobie Durant suffered a stinger last week but he’s active against the Packers, as well.
