It appears Sean McVay could be on the verge of losing one of his top offensive assistants. Nick Caley, the Los Angeles Rams’ tight ends coach and pass game coordinator, will interview with the Houston Texans on Thursday for their offensive coordinator position, according to Albert Breer of the MMQB.
This will be Caley’s second offensive coordinator interview, and though he hasn’t met with the New York Jets yet, he’s viewed as one of the favorites to be Aaron Glenn’s OC.
Caley also interviewed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are looking for a replacement for Liam Coen on Todd Bowles’ staff.
Sources: Rams pass-game coordinator/tight ends coach Nick Caley interviewed last night for the Buccaneers offensive coordinator job and he’s scheduled to interview for the Texans OC job on Thursday.

In addition to Caley, Dave Ragone, Nate Scheelhaase and Aubrey Pleasant are all drawing interest from other teams for offensive or defensive coordinator positions.
