So far it's been an exciting week for the Six Invitation 2024. The different Rainbow Six Siege teams had done what they can and now the Group Stage is done. Today the first round of the Playoffs begins and it's looks like the next few days are going to be even more exciting.

Before we take a look at what's going to happen in the Playoffs, let's take a quick recap on this year's Six Invitational. Without a doubt this is not only the most iconic event of the Siege community but also its most renowned. After all, it gives everyone a chance to come together and celebrate the game. What makes this one different is that this is the first time the Six Invitational is held outside of Montreal and is in São Paulo, Brazil. A total of 23 teams are fighting for a large share of the $3 million prize pool.

Group Stage Recap

For the Group Stage, there are four groups with five teams each. The top team of each group goes to the Upper Bracket Round 2. Meanwhile, the teams that placed 2nd and 3rd proceed to the Upper Bracket Round 1. The team in fourth place goes to the Lower Bracket with the remaining team eliminated.

The surprise eliminations would have to be SCARZ and Dplus. That because these two teams were in the top 10 of the Global Standings.
