Throughout Friday, rainy and gusty conditions are expected, with peak wind and rain occurring between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Approximately an inch of rainfall and gusts up to 22 mph are forecasted.
By Friday night, the rainfall will gradually diminish in the Washington, DC, area and is likely to taper off by early Saturday morning. Saturday will see clearing skies, but temperatures will only reach 48 degrees.
