G Jordan Meredith injury update
Meredith injured his ankle in the team’s loss to the Falcons in Week 15. He missed last week’s game against the Jaguars and did not practice Thursday.
Should he not be able to go again, Jackson Powers-Johnson would again line up at left guard and Andre James would start at center.
G/C Jackson Powers-Johnson injury update
JPJ injured his quad and his ankle last Sunday. He was replaced briefly at left guard by Cody Whitehair and then returned to finish the game. He was limitd today.
RB Dylan Laube injury update
Laube showed up on the injury report today, missing practice with an illness. He is primarily a return specialist.
QB Derek Carr injury update
Carr fractured his left hand on December 8 and has been trying to return to face his former team this week. Though he did not practice today, his head coach is still hopeful there is a chance Carr could play this week.
