The Raiders due diligence ahead of this year’s draft continues. Shortly after reports the team was hosting Kentucky QB Will Levis on a pre-draft visit Monday, it was revealed the team will be hosting QB Anthony Richardson on Friday.
Anthony Richardson will begin his pre-draft visits with the #Raiders on Friday, per source. Richardson will visit six teams, including Carolina, which hosts multiple top QBs as part of its Top 30 visits.

Levis and Richardson appear the two most likely targets for the Raiders should they take a quarterback at the top of the draft.
Currently the Raiders hold the seventh overall pick. Most predictions have three quarterbacks off the board in the top four picks and possibly four in the top five.
Richardson and Levis are widely considered the third and fourth best quarterbacks.
Should the Raiders be high on one of them, they may have to trade up to third overall if they hope to ensure they get their guy. If they don’t, some other team likely will.
Richardson was a breakout star at Florida last season, throwing for 2549 yards with 26 total touchdowns (nine rushing). He’s considered a raw prospect with high upside potential. Definitely the type of prospect these Top 30 draft visits were designed for. Especially if a club is going to be betting their future on him.
