Tlhe Raiders head coach search is covering a lot of ground this offseason. And their list of scheduled interviews now includes one of the most accomplished head coaches in NFL history.
The Raiders will interview former Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll next week.

Carroll was an NFL head coach for 18 years, winning the Super Bowl in 2013 as head coach of the Seahawks.
In total, Carrol had coached in the NFL since 1990, first as a defensive coordinator, then with head coaching stints with the Jets (1994) and Patriots (1997-99), with a decade-long stint in between as head coach of the USC Trojans before returning to the NFL in 2010 with the Seahawks. He spent last season away from football, but apparently the 73-year-old is now looking to get back in.
