Raiders’ position now set in 2025 NFL draft order

The Raiders now know where they will be picking at the top of April’s draft. They will pick at sixth overall. Here is what the top ten picks of the draft will look like:

1. Tennessee Titans (3-14)
2. Cleveland Browns (3-14)
3. New York Giants (3-14)
4. New England Patriots (4-13)
5. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-13)

6. Las Vegas Raiders (4-13)

7. New York Jets (5-12)
8. Carolina Panthers (5-12)
9. New Orleans Saints (5-12)
10. Chicago Bears (5-12)

The Raiders came into the day with a range of 4-10. By the time they kicked off against the Chargers, that range had narrowed from 6-9. And which pick they would get would depended on the results of their game against the Chargers and the Jets against the Dolphins.

If the Raiders win, they would drop to the ninth slot. Should they lose and Jets lose, the Raiders would pick at seven. Should they lose and the Jets win, they would get the sixth overall pick. They got the final option.

In the end, they may not have gotten the best case scenario, but closer to the best than the worst.
