Chelsea continued their preparations for the return of Premier League football over the weekend and welcomed a number of their World Cup stars back to Cobham for training. Graham Potter's men face Bournemouth in their first game back, looking to end a torrid run of form.
Before the domestic campaign was put on hold to accommodate the Qatar World Cup, the Blues were finding it tough on the pitch with a number of disappointing performances and results. Potter's side have not won in the Premier League since October 16 and had lost four of their last five fixtures.
After enjoying time to recharge and rest, all the attention in west London is directed towards next Tuesday's home game against Bournemouth to ensure Champions League football remains an optimistic target at the end of the season.

On Sunday, Chelsea posted a video of Thiago Silva involved in training for the first time since his World Cup dreams were dashed at the hands of Croatia alongside clips of England trio Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling and Conor Gallagher.
There has also been footage of Wesley Fofana and Reece James in training over the past few days, all handing Potter a much-welcomed boost ahead of the return of football.
And after training at Cobham for the first time since being knocked out by France a week ago, Sterling took to his personal Twitter page to send a three-word message upon his return. Captioned to three photos, Sterling put: "Back to Business."
The second half of the season will be a highly-anticipated one for Sterling. The 28-year-old has faced a troubling time at Stamford Bridge since his summer move from Manchester City with only three league goals scored.
