Chelsea are still looking to make their first signing of the 2022 summer transfer window. It's something that is leaving plenty of Blues supporters increasingly frustrated on social media as they look forward to a new era at the club.
Todd Boehly is the man in charge at Chelsea now and he is already making big changes to the club's boardroom. Reports on Monday claimed Marina Granovskaia is set to leave her role as the club's director in the near future.
The shake-up in behind the scenes is set to repeat itself on the pitch, with Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel in charge of transfers this summer and looking to revamp his squad. At least two defenders need to be signed following the exits of Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger, while a left-back, midfielder and attacker(s) are also on the list.

Raheem Sterling of Manchester City is one of Chelsea's main attacking targets this summer, football.london understands. The Blues are trying to land Sterling on a cut-price deal with his contract at the Etihad Stadium expiring in 12 months' time.
The 27-year-old attacker is at the stage of his career now where he wants to play regular football and because of the wealth of talent Man City have at their disposal, there is no guarantee of that with the 2021/22 Premier League champions. There's also been links abroad for Sterling, who is open to the idea of playing outside of England in the future.
In an interview at the FT Business of Sport US Summit last year, Sterling said: "If there was the opportunity to go somewhere else for more game time, then I would be open to it at this moment in time. As I said, football is the most important thing to me - challenges that I have set myself from a young age and dreams as well.
"As an English player, all I know is the Premier League and I've always thought you know maybe one day I would love to play abroad to see how I would come up against that challenge."
If Sterling moves on from City and remains in the Premier League, then Chelsea looks like the most likely option for the Jamaican-born England international at the moment. He would also repeat a rare feat in doing so.
As per research from betting.com, only two players have ever represented Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool in the Premier League era. Can you guess who they are?
Nicolas Anelka, who signed for Liverpool on loan in 2001 before moving to Man City the following summer and then switching to Chelsea in January 2008, is one of them. The other is Daniel Sturridge. The former England international started his professional career at Man City and then signed for Chelsea in 2009 before playing his best football at Liverpool from 2013 until 2019.
Sterling would become just the third player to represent the Premier League trio should he complete a move that could be worth up to £60million. Despite just 12 months remaining on his deal in Manchester, the Citizens value the winger up to £60million, according to a recent report from Sky Sports.
Chelsea, however, will do everything they can to try and drive that price down. The Blues believe the £35million that Bayern Munich are expected to pay Liverpool for the sale of Sadio Mane, who also has a year left on his contract, represents a fairer fee for Sterling.
