James Tavernier has slated referee Kevin Clancy following Rangers' defeat to Celtic at Parkhead today.
The Ibrox skipper believes Alfredo Morelos' early goal should have stood and he also has questioned a possible handball in the build-up to Kyogo Furuhashi's second goal of the afternoon.
“I'm obviously really disappointed to concede the goals that we did, but I've just looked back and just seen their second goal was a handball and I didn't believe our first goal was a foul, but obviously they are the margins," Tavernier told Sky Sports.
“You know you're coming away with zero points and that's what we didn't want to do. And it's just, yeah, you know, we're all disappointed.
"We're just going to go and move on. We must go into the next game and get three points and obviously there is an important semi-final in three weeks time. So you know we've got to pick ourselves up and go again."
Tavenier scored two for Rangers at Celtic Park in in doing so reached a landmark in notching 100 goals for the club.
On the achievement, the skipper continued: "I felt once we got into the game, we control the ball really well. There are fine margins.
"When we obviously get into their box and I think even at 3-2 we had some big chances and you know we just got to take them.
So yeah, it's just obviously a disappointing afternoon. We wanted obviously the three points so my 100 goals is irrelevant."
