Unfortunately, Rad Power Bikes is unable to offer free returns at this time. If you would like to return your order, you have up to 30 days from the original purchase date to send your item(s) back. Please note that sending a complete bike will incur a shipping charge of $149 and a restocking fee of 30% of the total cost of the bike if there is up to 20 miles on the odometer. The restocking fee does not apply if there are no miles on the odometer. Any other accessory or item will have a 30% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
