Former Dancing On Ice contestant and S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens has revealed that her young daughter Amelie is following in her showbiz footsteps.
Speaking out about her 11-year-old girl's career move, Rachel revealed that Amelie has landed a role in the West End smash hit Les Misérables.
Rachel is said to be "bursting with pride" and proud as punch that her daughter has found a career she loves.
Her 11-year-old daughter will play the role of Éponine Thénardier in the popular theatre production, and Rachel, 43, is stepping up to the plate to be her daughter's industry mentor.
Following in her mum's footsteps, Amelie loves to sing and told her mum that her heart was pounding when she performed for the first time.
Amelie is the eldest of two children that Rachel shares with her husband Alex Bourne, who she married in 2009.
Speaking to MailOnline, Rachel revealed that the Stevens-Bourne household is "very musical".
She also spoke of how she'll be on hand to give her daughter advice when she needs it, although thinks that the industry is very different to what it was like when Rachel was in S Club 7.
Even though her daughter is only 11 years of age, Rachel said that "she's found her career".
The publication then asked the singing-turned-skating sensation about watching her daughter perform on stage, to which she replied: "Oh god, I'm usually bawling pretty much, just so proud of her just bursting with pride really.
"The first time I went to see her, my heart was pounding. Yeah so emotional and so special."
On February 6, Rachel was booted off Dancing On Ice after a tense skate-off against Olympian Kye Whyte.
The S Club singer exited the show when all four judges - Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean - chose to save Kye Whyte – who ended up getting rid of another contestant again last night (February 27).
For the skate-off at the beginning of February, Rachel danced to Need You Now whilst Kye impressed the judges with his performance.
Speaking after her exit was confirmed, she told hosts Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern: "It's definitely been a process. I've loved it so much and dancing with Brendyn."
Since her departure, Rachel has weighed in on the speculation that Dancing On Ice is "fixed".
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, she said: "I guess all those conversations [around it being a fix] adds to the drama and fun of it all. You can't take it too seriously - at the end of the day, it's a TV show and it is what it is."
Her comment comes after some fans accuse the judges on the skating show of over marking and under marking certain contestants "on purpose".
Speculation continued to sprial after last ngiht's show, with many viewers taking to Twitter to weigh in on the rumours.
One said: "So everyone else got buckets, chairs, mops, tables etc and Kimberley the dancer got a silk scarf!!! Come on that's a fix surely.. #dancingonice."
Another penned: "Thought it was ok but it’s an ice dance show or have I missed something. Also the judging is all over the place. Someone falls and they get more marks than someone who can barely stand up. Whole show is losing its appeal and I love @dancingonice but please fix it FAST."
While a third commented on Sally Dynevor's exit, saying: "@dancingonice really is a fix, the best couple tonight was Sally and Matt but voted out for the obvious reasons to save Kai, switching off now."
