An artisan donut shop is rapidly growing in popularity - so much so that it's expanding with a third store in 18 months.
Doogle's Donuts boasts an army of fans thanks to its elaborate handcrafted donuts, with its Prescot store regularly seeing queues stretching down the street.
Located on Leyland Street, Doogle's Donuts first opened its doors in September 2020 in the former Beautiful You salon in the heart of Prescot town centre. It sells freshly baked gourmet donuts and a variety of hot drinks.

Doogle's releases new flavours each week, causing excitement among its loyal fan base.
Last spring, the popular food venue launched a second site on the bohemian, booming Lark Lane and it looks like business isn't slowing down any time soon.
In a recent post shared on social media, Doogle's Donuts confirmed it's looking for a string of new staff members for both its Prescot and Lark Lane stores, before opening a Doogle's in Kirkby next month.
The Kirkby store will be the brand's third in 18 months.
Sharing a photo with text reading "join the team, we are hiring", the sweet treat store said: "Doogle’s is expanding and so is our team!!"
The quirky donut hotspot is on the hunt for "hard working, reliable and friendly" people to fill roles including servers, baristas, bakers' assistants and/or decorators, as well as more bakers.
Owner and founder Christian Anderson told the ECHO : "Knowsley Council have been incredibly supportive in our decision in opening a Doogle's in Kirkby.
"The town centre is becoming increasingly busy with new businesses like ourselves opening up. There are plans for further development and investment in Kirkby, including a new cinema.
"All being well, we will be open around the beginning of March. Lots of new exciting additions coming to the menu."
