Queen's Park have got involved in the deadline day action by snapping up full-back David Akrobor-Boateng from Crystal Palace.
The 21-year-old has put pen to paper on a season-long loan deal with the Scottish Championship new boys. Last season he featured 19 times for the Eagles' Under-23s side, including three appearances in the Papa John's Trophy. He also made the top team bench for the Carabao Cup clash with Oxford United in August.
The defender admits he can't wait to get started with the Spiders as he looks to make a name for himself with his performances in Scotland's second tier. He has also praised the ambition and aspirations of the club as he opened up on the move. He told the official Queen's Park website: “I am very happy to have joined Queen’s Park on loan. This team has a lot of ambition and aspirations to reach the top of football and I’m happy to be part of it.

"I’m happy to be part of a group/team that is striving for medals and hopefully we can get some this season. Individually, I just want to improve as much as I can and hopefully make a name for myself by my performances.”
Boss Owen Coyle added: “David is a good addition to our squad. He is regarded as a great talent at his club Crystal Palace and gets the chance to have experience in a good competition.
"He is in great shape and we are looking forward to seeing him show his ability in a Queen’s Park shirt.”
