Queen Camilla's approving comment about Coronation gown revealed by lip reader

Queen Camilla not only dazzled royal fans with her crown on the day of her and King Charles' official Coronation but also wowed the nation with her gorgeous bespoke gown.

Her coat-like ivory silver and gold dress was created by her long-time designer friend Bruce Oldfield. The gown was embroidered with delicate garlands of British wildflowers as well a few sentimental personal touches.

Eagle-eyed royals fans also noticed the names of her two children, Tom and Laura, on the dress along with those of her grandchildren, Gus, Freddy, Eliza, Louis and Lola, the Mirror reports.

The newly-crowned Queen also had two gold terrier pups specially sewn at the bottom to represent her rescue dogs Beth and Bluebell.

The gown not only looked stunning but seemed to be a very fitting choice after Camilla's six-word comment to her monarch husband was revealed by a lip reader.

Camilla was seen chatting to King Charles while they were on the Buckingham Palace balcony after the Coronation service at Westminster Abbey while the rain poured down.

According to lip reader Elisabeth Taunton, the Queen told Charles: "I'm pleased that I'm warm enough" - seemingly confirming her delight that her outfit choice was practical as well as stylish.

The Coronation celebrations came to a close on Monday evening after the newly-crowned King and Queen pledged to rededicate their lives to service as Charles dubbed the nation's support throughout the historic weekend to be the "greatest possible coronation gift".

In his special coronation message, Charles said: "We thank you, each and everyone."

Official portraits to mark the crowning of Charles III and Queen Camilla were released to conclude the monarch's landmark occasion.

Among them, the King was snapped in full regalia, wearing the Imperial State Crown, holding the Orb and Sceptre with Cross and was dressed in his regal purple tunic and Robe of Estate while seated on a throne in the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace.

Camilla was photographed alongside the King and also in a solo portrait where she wore Queen Mary's train with the train of her embroidered Robe of Estate spread in front of her.

Working members of the royal family including the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Edinburghs, the Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, the Duke of Kent, the Gloucesters and Princess Alexandra were also photographed by royal photographer Hugo Burnand while stood beside the King and Queen.

The monarch, signing his words Charles R, said he and Camilla gave “our most sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who have helped to make this such a special occasion”.

King Charles used his coronation message to make a vow for the rest of his reign, saying he and Camilla would "now rededicate our lives" to royal service.
