Levis has been dealing with a shoulder injury since exiting the team’s Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins. Backup Mason Rudolph replaced Levis and led the Titans to a 31-12 win.
Levins returned in Week 6 in the Titans’ 20-17 loss to the Colts. Levis completed 16 of 27 passes for 95 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. However, Levis’ shoulder continued to bother him, forcing the team to bench him for three more weeks.
Rudolph has provided steadiness to the Titans’ offense in Levis’ absence. In a game managerial role, Rudolph has thrown for 806 yards, four touchdowns, and four interceptions.
Rudolph led the Titans to their second victory of 2024 in Week 9, a 20-17 win in overtime over the New England Patriots.
Will Levis Has Been Erratic This Season

When Levis has played, he’s been very erratic.
The 2023 second-round pick has completed 83 of 125 passes for 699 yards, five touchdowns, and seven interceptions with a 26.8 QBR in five games.
While Levis has the size and strength to keep plays alive, his decision-making has been brutal, especially during the game’s critical moments.
However, the Titans are 2-6 and not going anywhere. Therefore, they must play Levis to see if he can be their franchise quarterback.
The Titans (2-6) head to SoFi Stadium to play the Chargers (5-3) on Sunday afternoon.
