Punk rock band coming to Glasgow on last-ever tour before split

A CANADIAN  punk rock band is coming to Glasgow on their last-ever tour.

Sum 41 will visit the OVO Hydro as part of their Setting of the Sum tour, which is their farewell tour as the band plans to split up when it ends.

It corresponds with their eighth and last studio album, Heaven :x: Hell, which was released in March this year.

The In Too Deep hitmakers land at Glasgow's Hydro on October 27, 2024.

The group said: "Final UK & EU Tour Of The Setting Sum dates just announced for this fall! Our fans overseas have been incredible to us over the years, so we can't wait to put on the best show of our lives and go out on a high."

Sum 41 was formed in Ontario in 1996 and consists of members Deryck Whibley, Dave Baksh, Jason McCaslin, Tom Thacker and Frank Zummo.

They are known for hits such as In Too Deep, Fat Lip, Still Waiting and Pieces.

Tickets go on pre-sale release at 10am on Wednesday, June 26 and on general sale at 10am on Friday, June 28.
