Leeds United will be looking to continue their excellent start to the season when they make the trip to Brighton on Saturday. The Whites sit third in the Premier League having accumulated seven points from their opening three matches.
Jesse Marsch’s side are set for another tough test this weekend as Brighton have also enjoyed an excellent opening to the new campaign, with the Seagulls currently level on points with Leeds. Leeds will also have to do something they have never done in order to preserve their unbeaten start to the season, as they have failed to win in any of their eight visits to the Amex Stadium.
FiveThirtyEight, a website that uses data to predict the outcome of sporting events, believe Brighton are overwhelming favourites for the weekend meeting. They forecast a 57% chance that the Seagulls will win, in comparison to just 20% for Leeds.

Pundits have also been giving their views on how they the game could pan out, and LeedsLive have rounded a few of them up.
Paul Merson – Sportskeeda
Paul Merson of Sportskeeda is predicted a narrow home win. He said: “This should be a good Premier League game. These are two teams that are full of confidence, and they've been getting good results so far. Leeds got a great result against Chelsea and are in excellent form at the moment.
“Brighton should have beaten Newcastle, and they got a good result against West Ham. If they've got their shooting boots on and take their chances, they should be able to win this game.”
Prediction: Brighton 2-1 Leeds
Chris Sutton – BBC Sport
In his latest BBC Sport predictions column, Chris Sutton is backing both sides to keep their unbeaten starts to the season in a score draw. He said: “Leeds have really surprised me, in a good way. Their fans are quick in letting me know I haven't predicted a win for them, yet!
“Their new signings have bedded in - Brenden Aaronson is getting a lot of attention, while midfielders Marc Roca and Tyler Adams have shown they are decent pieces of business as well.
“These sides drew both fixtures last season and Brighton do not concede many, but I fancy them to score. However, I also think Leeds will score as well, so we will go for 1-1.”
Prediction: Brighton 1-1 Leeds
