Police say Kodie Brookman has not been seen for "a number of days" and sought the public's help to find her.
The 20-year-old woman was last in contact with her family two days ago, police said.
Kodie Brookman was described as Caucasian in appearance, about 170 cm (5'7") tall, with black hair, brown eyes and a slim build.
"Kodie was last seen wearing black tights and a long white jumper," police said.
It is believed she does not have access to a vehicle and could be travelling on public transport.
"Police and Kodie's family hold concerns for her welfare, and are requesting the public's assistance to locate her," police said.
Anyone who has seen Kodie, or who may have any information regarding her whereabouts was urged to contact ACT Policing on 131 444. They were requested to quote reference number 7853949. Police said information could be provided anonymously.
