Pub surprised after topless Tyson Fury pops in

Customers in one Merseyside pub were left "stunned" after Tyson Fury walked through the door.

The Gypsy King was in Liverpool as part of his 'Fury Fest - The Official After Party Tour' and nipped into the Queen's in Aintree to use the bathroom. In true Tyson Fury style, he then returned with his top off before ordering a half pint of lager.

The appearance of the former two-time heavyweight world champion has caused quite a stir on social media. After pictures of Fury where posted on Twitter showing him at the bar chatting shirtless to fans.

Speaking to the ECHO Toni, a bartender at the Queen's said: "Nobody noticed him at first as he just walked through the bar we were not that busy then I popped my head up and saw Tyson Fury. I said to one of my colleges "is that Tyson Fury" and his manager was said, "yeah it's him".

"He then came out of the bathroom and started taking photographs with everyone he was only in there for five minutes. He had a suit on originally but I think he took his top off because everyone had already noticed him."

This is not the first time the 33-year-old has been spotted in Liverpool. In March Fury took a trip to Newton-le-Willows High Street, where he was mobbed by excited locals asking for pictures.

Fury who has battled with addiction and mental health issues during his storied career retired in April after stopping Dillian Whyte in a six-round bout at Wembley. Toni said that Fury "did them a favour" after word spread that he was in the area.

"The phone was going off in work asking if he was still there, people started turning up. One woman even asked if he was still around as his son is such a big fan but he had already left.

"It was a big shock but he could not have been any nicer to us all and he made time for everybody he was just lovely."
