A psychic mum has become the go-to spiritual advisor for a host of celebrities… after seeing her dead grandma at her funeral and realising that she had special abilities.
Chloe Smith, 25, sees ghosts and angels every week, boasts 150,000 followers online, claims to have helped about 50,000 people reconnect with their past and has given readings to a whole bunch of TV stars that she now sees as her friends and not just clients. She can even sense spirits lurking behind shoppers during trips to the supermarket, reports the Birmingham Mail.
Focussing on just a single photo, Chloe from Staffordshire says she is able to sense a client’s energy and feelings to guide them through their past, present and future. She can also focus on particular topics and has been praised for providing accurate fertility readings to hopeful mothers-to-be desperate to know when they will fall pregnant – she also claims to allow people who have died to use her body as a ‘channel’ to deliver signs and messages to living loved ones.
Celebs in Chloe’s contacts book include ex-Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent and Love Island’s Maura Higgins. She’s also caught the attention of current and former TOWIE stars including Chloe Brockett, Yazmin Oukhellou, Demi Sims, Amy Childs and Gemma Collins.
Kelsey Parker – wife of the late Tom Parker – reportedly speaks to Chloe to help her “through the grieving process” after The Wanted bandmate died from brain cancer last year. Chloe said: “I have always sensed things before they happened.
“It’s kind of bonkers because I never used to believe in what I do. It’s not something I truly believed in, I never thought I would be able to see people who had passed over.
“I didn’t really like school, I wasn’t really academic. I sensed things and people thought it was weird.
“I also tried to do different things – dog grooming, engraving on wood. I always gave up, I couldn’t find anything that was me.”
As she struggled with three young children, Chloe often turned to her gran Sue Wright for support. But her grandmother went “downhill quickly” after being diagnosed with terminal cancer and died aged 67 over two years ago.
Recalling seeing her grandmother in the corner of the room at her funeral, Chloe said: “I thought I would be scared, but it was such a lovely feeling. It was so positive – I was closer to my nan than anyone.”
After her funeral, Chloe went home and saw a dead girl at the farmhouse where she lives. The girl – called Charlotte – was strangled to death and is now tied to the location, but remains at the house and sometimes plays with one of her sons, said Chloe.
She added: “She’s been there for years. She died in a horrific way.
“I see her all the time. She would show me her neck and things like that and it started making more sense.”
Chloe even credits her spiritual gifts for helping her overcome significant mental health problems and believes she can help others battling depression and anxiety. She added: “It’s kind of changed my life for the better.
“I have found the true meaning of myself. Helping others, it’s helped me, it’s amazing.”
The mum, from Uttoxeter, launched Chloe Mediumship a year ago after a dream featuring her grandmother inspired her to help others. Her services – which include mediumship, healing crystals, tarot readings and meditation – start from £35 and she has just started recording a monthly podcast which will feature her celebrity clients.
But she revealed she never gets curious enough to do a reading for herself and is yet to have a sneak peak into her own future. Chloe added: “My job is to tell you things nobody else would know.”
