In a post on Facebook, police in Ards and North Down said: "Holywood Neighbourhood Team have been alerted by members of the public to ongoing inappropriate and 'risk-taking' behaviour at Craigantlet Wood, Ballymoney Road, Holywood.

"We had previously been involved in dealing with similar issues at Creightons Green Wood, Holywood which we successfully addressed with the help of partner agencies.

"This area is a public one, used by families with children, dog walkers etc and this risk taking behaviour is inappropriate.

"Holywood Neighbourhood Team will therefore be increasing our patrols of this area."
