PSNI name pedestrian who died in Valentine's Day crash

Police have named the victim of a fatal collision in Co Antrim last week.

In a statement issued this morning, a PSNI spokesperson said the pedestrian who died after the crash in Antrim on Tuesday, February 14, was Daniel Duffy.

Known as Danny, the 42-year-old was invovled in the incident which happened on the Randalstown Road area just after 10pm on Valentine's Day.

A PSNI spokesperson added: "The investigation is ongoing and Detective Sergeant Neil Harrison is appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has CCTV or dashcam footage, which could assist officers with their enquiries, to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference 2070 of 14/02/2023.

"Information can also be submitted online using the non-emergency reporting form via http://www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/."
