Traffic is building up in Belfast City Centre and delays are likely in the Sydenham Bypass area due to roadworks between the end of the M3 Motorway and Tillysburn junction.
In a statement issued today, a PSNI spokesperson said drivers should be aware of the delays and traffic disruption.
