Paris Saint-Germain view transfer rumours around Neymar moving to Chelsea as pure speculation at the moment. That's according to CBS Sports Golazo reporter Ben Jacobs, who says PSG are not currently considering selling the Brazil international.
The 30-year-old still has three years left to run on his contract with the French champions but has been consistently linked with a move away this summer. PSG, however, are not looking to sell right now and links to Chelsea is being termed a "rumour".
As per ESPN, Neymar recently addressed his future and the Brazilian reiterated his desire to stay in Paris. He said: "I still want to stay at the club. Until now, the club haven't told me anything, so I don't know what their plans are for me."

PSG boss Christophe Galtier also spoke about the forward's future. Galtier also said he was unsure on the matter and refused to commit Neymar's future to PSG.
"Neymar has been working well since the start of the season," he said. "He also seems happy to me and he is very fit. I spoke about his situation at a press conference.
"What will happen in the near future, at the end of the transfer market, I do not know. I haven't had an individual conversation with him on this aspect.
"But he does not seem unsettled to me about what people are saying about him or his club situation through the training sessions and the joy he has when he trains."
Meanwhile, Chelsea are still in negotiations with Barcelona over a deal to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The two clubs are yet to agree on a fee for the former Arsenal captain, but it is seen as very achievable by the Blues, football.london understands.
Personal terms are also yet to be agreed. Aubameyang, who is now 33, wants three years guaranteed, while Chelsea have floated the option of a two-year contract with an additional 12 months should it be a success.
