Paris Saint Germain are ready to revive their pursuit of Manchester United and England striker Marcus Rashford.
On the eve of England's World Cup quarter-final with France, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said the club remain keen on Rashford - after failing to land him in the summer.
Rashford is out of contract in six months and can sign a pre-contract with another club from January 1, although United will move to exercise their option to extend his deal by an extra year.
That has not deterred PSG, with Al-Khelaifi admitting the 25-year-old - who has scored three times for England at the World Cup in Qatar - remains a player they want to sign.
“He’s another player that is really amazing - and for free?" said Al-Khelaifi. "To have Rashford for free, every club would definitely run after him. We’re not hiding it, we spoke before and there was interest.
"But the moment was not a good moment for both sides. Maybe summer, why not? Today, if he’s a free agent, of course we can talk to him directly but we are not going to talk to him now.
"Let him focus on the World Cup. Then after, in January, hopefully, if we’re interested we will talk to him.”

After struggling last season, Rashford has rediscovered his best form this term, with eight goals and three assists for United from 19 appearances. England are currently reaping the benefits of an in-form Rashford with his performances out in Qatar.
The United ace has been in fine form for his country during the tournament and will be out to end the World Cup hopes of a potential future team-mate in Kylian Mbappe when the Three Lions face off with Les Bleus on Saturday evening.
Speaking to the FA's 'Lion's Den' YouTube channel about England's World Cup prospects, Rashford added: "I feel like we have the manager, and the players are at an age where we have this great opportunity to win trophies.
“I definitely believe we can win this, it is about winning with this squad.
“In the last three tournaments, I have felt that if we can just play our football we can go and win."
