PSG emerge as favourites for Manchester United 'target' Antony and more transfer rumours

Paris Saint-Germain are leading the race to sign Manchester United 'target' Antony from Ajax during the summer transfer window, according to reports. The Brazilian is thought to have attracted interest from right across Europe as Liverpool also eye up a swoop.

United signed Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo last summer. However, while midfield recruits are set to be the priority this time around, the Old Trafford giants continue to be linked with further additions in attacking quarters.

Antony currently plays under United's preferred managerial candidate Erik ten Hag in the Eredivisie. So far this season, the 22-year-old has scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists in all competitions.

That sensational return from just 33 matches has alerted PSG and Premier League sides. According to Le10Sport, PSG are the current favourites for his signature. But should Ten Hag arrive at Old Trafford this summer, might that appointment have an impact on where Antony ends up? Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also credited with an interest.

Elsewhere, long-standing links between United and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic have resurfaced amid suggestions that current club Lazio are prepared to offer a 'discount' for anyone looking to sign him. This follows a report from Il Tempo who claim United are back in the market for the 27-year-old.

Milinkovic-Savic is thought to be having 'deep reflections' about a new challenge. A final decision on his future will be made this summer, but Lazio could be willing to let him go for €60m-€65m (£50.5m-£54.7m).
