Jacqueline Jossa was praised by her fans for showing how messy parenting really is.
Throwing away the picture-perfect image often portrayed on Instagram , the ex-EastEnders star said she wanted to show what a day with her girls looked like in all it's chocolate-covered glory.
Jacqueline, who shares daughters Ella, four, and Mia, one, with husband Dan Osborne , admitted she wasn't going to share her picture at first, but fans were glad she did.
In the sweet snap, Jacqueline, 26, has a beautiful smile on her face as she poses with her daughters.
Mia has chocolate all round her mouth and Ella's hair is being blown in her face by the wind.
Posting it, Jacqueline said: "I wasn’t going to post this, it’s not the best picture of me, Mia has chocolate on her face and Ella’s hair is a mess.
"This is the reality of our days. Our special days. I’ve had a brilliant Sunday and I can’t tell you how amazing this feels.
"I am so proud to be a mum. I am proud of how I have raised my amazing girls so far. I love you girls so much that my heart actually hurts.
