Last week was a huge week for Rod Stewart as he became a grandfather to two precious baby boys.
The rocker's daughter Ruby Stewart and her fiance Jake Kalic welcomed little baby Otis on Tuesday and Liam Stewart and his partner Nicole Artukovich were over the moon at their son Louie's arrival on Friday.
And now the proud grandfather and his wife Penny Lancaster finally met their boys and shared sweet pictures on Instagram.
Rod shared two snaps on his story holding each baby as he beamed with pride and wrote: "Happy grandad."
Rod's wife Penny also shared snaps and wrote: "Congratulations baby Otis" and in the next post: "Congratulations baby Louie."
On Friday last week, just hours after his tot was born, Liam took to social media to announce that Louie Mark Roderick Stewart had arrived. Sharing a picture of the newborn on his Instagram, wearing a Celtic shirt and hat, Liam penned: "Welcome lad love you. American, British, Croatian, Kiwi. Louie Mark Roderick Stewart 5.12.23."
Liam, 28, is the son of rocker Rod and model Rachel Hunter. Rachel was Rod's second wife and they also share daughter Renee together.
And on Sunday, Ruby announced that her bundle of joy had arrived on Tuesday, just four days before their little cousin.
Ruby Stewart is the fourth of the rock and pop legend's eight children and is the daughter of former model Kelly Emberg, who was married to the musician between 1983 and 1990.
On Instagram, Ruby wrote: "This love… unlike any other love I’ve ever known…. I am only a mirror of what I feel from you… I can’t remember what life was like before you…. But nothing else matters now that you’re here… Your arrival into the world marks the beginning of our family… it all started with you Otis… Otis Stewart Kalick."
Rod, 77, became a grandfather for the first time in 2011, aged 66, when Kimberley, now 43, had a daughter with actor Benicio Del Toro.
