Protest art has been praised for its satirical take on the housing crisis in Phibsbrough.
The "unknown activists" stuck posters on a vacant retail unit which made it look like a real estate shop. The masquerading shop was called "Fibs Estate" and featured the Government's Housing For All plan, which was dubbed 'Housing? FCUK All', as well as Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien.
The shop window has satirical adverts for local available properties. The Shandon Mill was one such advertisement.

It read: "Ah the 'Jewel in the Crown'. Developer buys site in 2013 for €800k. Fine Gael SHD legislation [is] introduced and developer allows planning to expire and re-applies for build-to-rent high-rise towers.
"Receives planning from the dysfunctional An Bord Pleanala. Now worth circa €13 million - all ready for sale to a foreign investment fund."
Local resident group Cross Guns Campaign shared pictures of the protest art on their Facebook page. They said: "Too good not to share.
"Some creative activism by persons unknown popped up overnight on the Phibsborough Rd highlighting Phibsborough’s derelict and vacant buildings. The Mill features - naturally . Darragh O’Brien’s 'Fibs Estates'."
