Prospective Stirling homeowners urged to take part in a 'first time buyers' online event

An online event next week is aiming to help people across Stirling pick up valuable advice about making their first steps on the property ladder.

The first time buyer event is being run by the conveyancing team at law firm Jones Whyte - with their head of conveyancing and new business manager among those taking part to provide information and guidance,

It will take place on Wednesday (April 26) between 5:30pm and 6:30pm and will answer some key questions involved in the process, including:

  • Working out a budget
  • Saving for a deposit and Government schemes available
  • Getting a mortgage
  • Assessing the home report
  • Making an offer

The meeting will be useful for those at all stages of the process, from those just starting to consider buying all the way to prospective homeowners targeting a specific property.
