The email, dated October 26, 2016, expressed gratitude to Davidson and Cohen for a previous discussion. In the email, Howard mentioned details regarding an agreement, including a modification to update the name of an LLC to be utilized. Additionally, there was a reference to the 'transfer of funds on Thursday AM to be held in escrow until receipt of agreement.'
