Prosecutor Highlights Erratic Behavior In Hunter Biden's Drug Trial

Hunter Biden appears for deposition with House Republicans in Washington

In the closing arguments of the trial involving Hunter Biden, prosecutor Leo Wise focused on key testimonies regarding the presence of drugs in his truck and his erratic behavior.

During the trial, Hunter Biden's daughter, Naomi, testified that when she returned his truck on October 19, there were no drugs or drug remnants in it. However, Hallie Biden, another witness, stated that she found crack remnants in the vehicle when she searched it on October 23.

Wise presented text messages exchanged between Hunter Biden and Naomi to the jury, suggesting that they indicated Hunter's erratic behavior. He emphasized Naomi's testimony about her father's addiction, stating that her purpose on the stand was to counter the notion that Hunter was doing well in October 2018.

According to Wise, Hunter Biden repeatedly contacted his daughter in the early hours of the morning, seeking money from her, which he deemed as unacceptable behavior.

Wise concluded his argument by stating, 'This isn't okay,' implying that Hunter Biden's actions and the evidence presented during the trial painted a concerning picture of his behavior and struggles with addiction.
