Robert Follis certainly left his mark on the MMA world.

When they say a photo is worth 1000 words, this first one is worth so much more. . I'm so glad #RobertFollis and I could share this moment, to reach that dream of becoming a World Championship Team….. . I couldn't have done it without you coach, thank you for all you gave to me, to the sport and to everyone around you 🙏 . You will always be loved and missed but your memory lives on in our hearts. Today would have been your 50th Birthday, not that it would have been a big deal to you because you never really celebrated birthdays or holidays but you're getting a Happy Birthday from me like it or not! . Happy Birthday Coach . #wemissyou #rip #follis #follismma #donttakeitforgranted #tomorrowisntpromised #nothingisguaranteed #loveoneanother #smile #friendship #thankyou #coachfollis #mentor #mma #wmma
