A bankrupt property tycoon who said he had travelled to Dubai to "get deals done" has died.
Martin Skinner, 42, was in the UAE with his girlfriend, who confirmed the death on Instagram.
Tributes have flooded in for the entrepreneur, who regularly posted pictures of his jet-set lifestyle on social media.
Mr Skinner previously hit the headlines when he was jailed for 22 weeks for careless driving after a crash in his Porsche in 2018.
The high-speed smash in West Sussex left his female passenger with serious injuries, a court heard at the time.

Paying tribute online, Mr Skinner's girlfriend Olga Velskaya said: "Yes Martin passed away. Don't ask me what happened!
"I love you baby so much! I can’t believe it! I'm sure you're in a better world right now!"
Mr Skinner, formerly of Belgravia, London, last uploaded a photo to his Instagram account five days ago, showing him in Dubai in smart clothing.
He said he was in the UAE to "get deals done".

He added on another photo caption that he was "living my best no longer bankrupt or homeless life".
Mr Skinner's mum Heather told The Sun on Thursday her son was a "wonderful man", but declined to comment further.
According to Property Week, the guru "founded and ran London developer Inspired Asset Management and was a pioneer of micro apartment developments".
But it added that Mr Skinner's firm went bust just months after he was jailed, which he blamed on Brexit and legislation changes.
Numerous tributes have been posted online following the shock death.

One person said: "To a friend and incredible entrepreneur Martin Skinner, you have lived an amazing life and have had incredible impact on the property industry as a whole.
"You were very smart and determined in getting things done and very open with your network as well as being generous.
"While we reflect on the life you lived, we know that each and every one of us has flaws which is part of us as being human beings."
Mr Skinner was branded as "arrogant" by a judge as he was jailed for his part in the car crash in 2019.
A court heard he was under the influence of cocaine when he smashed into a tree, leaving his passenger with life-changing injuries.
