House prices have risen steadily across Derry this quarter, with a council rise of nearly 10%.
The average price for a house in Derry and Strabane District Council is £145,741 - making it the cheapest average house price in the country.
The average price for a house in Northern Ireland is £164,590, while in Lisburn and Castlereagh it's £189,968.
