The average house price in the council area is now £153,267, so we thought we would put together what you can get on the market at the moment for that price.

Generally speaking, at the moment you can get a three bed semi-detached, or in some locations even a detached or four bed home in Co Fermanagh for the current average price.

For example, this four bed semi-detached home in Lisbellaw is on the market for around £155,000.

That’s just over average, while in Ballinamallard this three bed detached comes with plenty of space for offers over £150,000.

While there wasn’t much at the lower end of the £150,000 mark in the county town of Enniskillen, there are currently two properties on sale in SilverHill Manor development for around £158,000.

This one is a three bed end townhouse and does have plenty of garden space out its back.

With house prices continuing to rise as they are, that average price for the area may well get you less in a year’s time, or even in a few months.
