A west London maisonette next-door to supermodel Kate Moss’s home in the late 1990s has been listed to rent at £5,850 per month.
Located on Stanlake Villas, a quiet residential street near Shepherd’s Bush, the four-bedroom property occupies the lower floors of a Victorian townhouse.
Moss lived next door as her career really took off, reportedly also at the same time as her relationship with Johnny Depp.

At the neighbouring apartment now for rent, there’s an open plan living and entertaining space – complete with a Bechstein grand piano – which leads on to a large private terrace.
Covering 2,594 square feet of space, there is also a modern kitchen and two private studies and a walled garden. The property has been recently modernised, combining its period features – wooden floors, high ceilings and an open fireplace in the living room, for example – with more contemporary touches.

According to lettings agents Finlay Brewer, the quiet street and proximity to local schools lend the maisonette well to families.
Since living in W12, Moss moved to a five-bedroom house in St John’s Wood – which is now also rented accommodation – and subsequently to a mansion in Highgate, which she sold for £11.5 million earlier this year. Now, she has permanently relocated to her 10-bedroom, Grade II-listed property in the Cotswolds.
Save for the piano, the property comes unfurnished. It will be available from mid-September for £1,350 per week via Finlay Brewer.
