Skerryvore, situated above Newquay's Towan beach, offers a detached coast residence on approximately 1 acre with private steps to the beach below.
The property, which is believed to have been built around the 1930s is being marketed by Truro-based estate agents Lillicrap Chilcott. It is on the market for offers of over £2.5m and includes seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and six reception rooms.

Lillicrap Chilcott said that the property is in need of "complete redevelopment". The property was previously on the market in both 2021 and 2016, both times the sale was handled by the Truro estate agency.
Skerryvore offers uninterrupted views over the sea and surrounding coastline. At high tide the waves come into the cliffs below the house whilst at low tide large expanses of sandy beach are exposed all the way across to Newquay Harbour then following the coast around past Great Western Beach, Tolcarne Beach, Criggers and Lusty Glaze Beach past Porth and out to Whipsiderry.
