Product recalls you need to be aware of as salmonella warning issued

A number of stores have recalled various products over the weekend due to allergy and safety fears, as a salmonella warning is issued.

Two independent brands have recalled foods due to poor temperature control and undeclared ingredients. Popular supermarket Lidl have also recalled a salami product due to the potential presence of salmonella.

These safety and allergy alerts have been published to the Food Standards Agency website, who control product recalls and publish various warnings on foods sold across the UK. Here are the different items that have been recalled from supermarkets this weekend, and what to do if you have purchased any of the products.
