A Michigan youth pastor and avid Trump supporter who once shared a stage with the former President's son is now accused of soliciting and creating "child sexually abusive material."
Zachary Radcliff was employed as a music and youth pastor at Oakwood Church in Michigan, and performed on stage with Donald Trump Jr. at the Conservative Political Action Conference in 2020. Radcliff's Instagram boasts a photo with Trump Jr. from the event, captioned, "I will never forget this moment!"
In other images, he proudly shows off "Make America Great Again" apparel, and his profile picture is of Trump's fist held in the air following the July 13 assassination attempt.
On Oct. 2 Michigan State Police received information alleging Radcliff's solicitation of "child sexually abusive material from a minor." He is accused of receiving over 100 child sexual abuse images from multiple victims identified in the investigation. Radcliff is also accused of creating child sexual abuse material with a prepubescent child, according to court documents obtained by MLive.
Oakwood Church fired Radcliff upon news of the allegations and released a statement:
"The information that we received was shocking. We were told that Zachary had been soliciting inappropriate photos and possibly videos from teens. ... This information has ripped our hearts apart. The safety and protection of the individuals in our church is what is paramount to us."
