The Kansas City Chiefs may be without 2021 Pro Bowler D.J. Humphries when they face the Cleveland Browns in Week 15 after he missed the defending Super Bowl champions’ practice session on Wednesday due to an injury.
Humpries was signed by Kansas City on November 25 after Wanya Morris and Kingsley Suamataia failed to provide Patrick Mahomes adequate protection from their spots at the left tackle position earlier in the season.
Though Humphries was the Chiefs’ starting left tackle when they faced the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14, he suffered a lower-body injury that forced Morris back into action on Sunday Night Football.
Andy Reid said DJ Humphries (tweaked hamstring) will not practice today.
"We're just going to take it day by day & see how he does," Reid said of Humphries.

Fans should closely monitor Humphries’ status in the coming days as Kansas City prepares for its matchup against the Browns on December 15.
If Humphries isn’t able to play on Sunday Chiefs head coach Andy Reid will need to get creative to ensure that Mahomes has plenty of time in the pocket.
