Bigg Boss contestant Priya Malik tied the knot with boyfriend Karan Bakshi, who is a Delhi-based entrepreneur, on October 9. The new bride shares, “It’s a great feeling to be married. I feel settled and content. We got married at a gurudwara in Delhi. The best thing is that Karan’s parents too got married at the same gurudwara 40 years ago. So, it was more special.”
However, Priya and Karan will not be going on their honeymoon anytime soon. She shares, “We don’t have any honeymoon plans until next year because we are both busy with work. I will start shooting for a project in a couple of days and Karan also has a lot of work lined up. We may visit the Golden Temple in January.”
As Karan is from Delhi, the actress plans to shift to the capital in the future. She says, “Currently our base is Mumbai, but in the in future, we will look at moving there, and after that, will keep shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi.”
The actress went on her social media to announce about her wedding a week before and has shared few pictures from her haldi and mehendi too, which looked beautiful. On their wedding day, Priya opted to wear a light pink lehanga. She had tied her hair in a plait which was decorated with flowers. Karan wore an ivory sherwani paired with turban.
This is Priya Malik's second marriage. Priya and her first husband Bhushan Malik got divorced in 2018, shortly after her stint on the reality show Bigg Boss.
