A private island estate off the UK's coast is on the market for the same price as a London flat.
The 18th-century Husaboat Estate, located on the northwest end of the Duirinsh Peninsula on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, can be yours for £1.35million.
The cost is cheaper than some properties in the capital, which can reach a £1.5million price tag for a one-bedroom property.
The property, with its 2,395 acres of land and five miles of sea frontage, features a 4,600 square-foot nine-bedroom Georgian home overlooking Loch Dunvegan.
The estate also includes the village of Borreraig, the home of MacCrimmon Piping College, the institution where pipers were sent from all over Scotland to master the bagpipes.
The house is a Grade C-listed building in need of renovation that features a kitchen-breakfast room, a family room, a dining room, a sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there is space for guests with five bedrooms, a bathroom and a drawing room. There are also two more bedrooms on the second floor.
The new owners will also have fishing rights included in the price and there is a boathouse included in the price.
Euan MacCrimmon, from estate agent Strutt & Parker, said: "The Scottish estate market has been nothing short of spectacular in recent years, but opportunities like the Husabost Estate are rare.
"It's not every day we see island estates come to the market - especially ones that tick such a multitude of boxes.
"The estate offers green investment potential, farming opportunities and the possibility of residential development, but arguably its biggest appeal is the romantic sentiment attached to owning your very own slice of the Isle of Skye.
"With its rugged, dramatic scenery and abundance of wildlife habitats, there's no form of escapism that's quite like the peace and tranquillity on offer there."
The Island of Skye is 50 miles long and the largest of the Inner Hebrides.
It is famous for its scenery and landscapes, and a popular destination for climbers as well as nature lovers.
