The Princess of Wales has shared photographs of herself filming for her televised Christmas carol concert.
Alongside a newly released palace portrait, in which the princess is seen in a sequin gown, are a series of behind the scenes pictures of her filming the service, Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, will be shown on ITV on Christmas Eve.
She is seen posing in front of a Christmas tree in a £460 dress by British brand Needle & Thread.

The Princess of Wales , 40, will host the service on Thursday - the same day the next three episodes of the Sussexes’ Netflix series series Harry & Meghan will be released. The show has been critical of the alleged treatment of the couple by the Royal Family and the press.
It will be Kate’s first Christmas Carol service since she was given the Princess of Wales title and the King and Queen Consort will join her for the service.
The Christmas tree was lit with fairy lights, and draped with golden and red bows and baubles.
In a tweet on the @KensingtonRoyal account, the photos were captioned with #TogetherAtChristmas, Christmas Eve with ITV’s handle and some festive emojis also posted.
The service will recognise the selfless efforts of communities throughout the UK, highlighting the importance of coming together to support one another.
